Suggested Use
For maintenance, take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For intensive support, take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) twice daily for up to 5 days. Afterward, reduce to 1 teaspoon daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Hold in your mouth for 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening. Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.
